Four Footers Training and Boarding is born.
Marie’s goal is to help new and veteran dog owners with their pets by offering obedience training, behavior modification and bereavement counseling. Marie’s mission is to help create an unbreakable bond between the human and the very well trained pet through exercise, discipline, and affection.
She can help regardless if you have an eight-week-old puppy in need of training and socialization or an eight-year-old dog with some behavioral issues. The training at Four Footers is based on a philosophy of positive reinforcement and encouragement to help owners become the leader of the pack. Leadership skills for a dog owner is vital and Marie teaches exactly how to become the leader of your own pack for a healthy, well-balanced dog.
Marie is excited to add boarding to her offerings, and can’t wait to welcome your pets into her home.
Marie has lived in the Flathead Valley nearly her entire life and graduated from Flathead High in 1995. Growing up in the Flathead, she was always around animals and credits her parents for instilling her love for animals. She has three well-behaved dogs and four cats of her own. Marie also enjoys photography, dancing, water sports, Griz football and most of all working with her “kids”.
With a love and desire to help pets and their owners, Marie has worked as a veterinary technician in the Flathead Valley for over 11 years. She is a graduate of the Animal Behavior College and opened Four Footers Finishing School in November 2006.
